Core Practice · Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

The right partners, already vetted.

We listen to how your operation runs, find the gaps in your resources, and bring the right people together to close them — at no cost to you for the introduction.

How we help

Fewer vendors. Better ones. Someone who's done the homework.

Osiyo is a Native American–owned company built on a simple habit: listen first. Before we recommend anything, we learn how your operation works, what's coming up, and where resources are stretched thin.

We represent a select group of noncompeting service providers. Each one has been reviewed for its safety practices, reliability, and financial capacity before we'll put our name next to theirs. When one of them is the right fit for your work, we make the introduction.

Because the providers we represent don't compete with each other, we can often bring several to a single first meeting, so you meet the right people for different types of work in one sitting instead of a dozen sales calls.

The introduction model

Four steps from first hello to the right crew.

01

We listen

Your operation, your upcoming work, and the places where you're short on people, capacity, or confidence.

02

We find the gap

Scope, schedule, capability, and capacity. We pin down exactly what kind of help would make the difference.

03

We introduce

One meeting, often with several vetted providers, each suited to a different piece of the work.

04

You decide

Work with whoever fits, or no one at all. The choice stays entirely yours.

Promise one

No charge for an introduction.

Meeting the providers we represent costs you nothing.

Promise two

No obligation to hire.

You're never committed to work with anyone we introduce.

Before you ever meet them

What we review on every provider we represent.

01

Safety practices

Programs, records, and the culture behind them. If a provider can't work safely on your site, we don't bring them to you.

02

Reliability

Track record, references, and whether they show up and deliver what they promised, when they promised it.

03

Financial capacity

The financial strength to take on complex projects and carry the work through to the finish.

Independent by design

The providers we represent are independently owned and have no formal ties to one another. What they share is owners who stay involved in the work, and the capacity to manage complex projects.

Where we fit

A few ways companies put us to work.

The situationHow Osiyo helps
A new project phase is coming and you're short on qualified contractors.
We bring several vetted, noncompeting firms to one meeting, each suited to a different scope, so you can staff the work without starting from scratch.
You've relied on one incumbent vendor for years and aren't sure the price is still right.
We benchmark the market and put credible alternatives in front of you, whether you switch or simply negotiate better terms.
You need to meet supplier-diversity goals without lowering the bar.
As a Native American–owned, Cherokee Nation TERO certified firm, we help you meet those goals while connecting you with providers who've cleared our review.
Long-lead equipment or specialty materials are holding up the schedule.
We source, compare bids, and expedite, keeping a close eye on lead times so one late delivery doesn't stall everything behind it.
Your team is buried in quotes that don't compare apples to apples.
We normalize the bids, lay out the real trade-offs in scope, schedule, and price, and give you a clear recommendation.
You're taking on work in a new region and don't have local relationships yet.
We connect you with providers already working in that market, anywhere in the United States.
Sourcing services

The hands-on side of the practice.

When you need us to run the purchase as well as make the introduction, here's what we handle.

First meeting is on us

Let's find out who you should be talking to.

Tell us about the work ahead and where you're stretched. We'll tell you honestly whether we have the right people, and if we don't, we'll say so.
